[Asterisk-Users] What's the best way to combine multiple VOIP lines into a single number?

If they are all with the same provider - sure - ask your provider for a 
rollover with all your numbers in it.
If they are with different providers ask your provider one if they will 
provide a forward on busy then do that for each line
to the next line except the last line.
