I have tried this.  pwlib, openh323 and Asterisk-OH323 0.7.3 compiled with
no problems.  But when 
you start asterisk,

I am using FC3 with 2.6.5-1.358 kernel.
Any suggestions?

Yusuf,

I used the same OS; I am able to run it with no problem.

I used the pwlib and openh323 libs from
http://www.voxgratia.org/downloads.html

Pwlib-Mimas_patch2-src-tar.gz
Openh323-Mimas_patch2-src-tar.gz
Asterisk-oh323-0.7.3.tar.gz

I compiled then in the order and load it on asterisk 1.2.5 and its working
fine.
