[Asterisk-Users] URL in Queue App / Determining the DID/Queue at Agent's Phone

Have you tried something like:

exten => 2,1,SetCIDName(QUEUENAME: ${CALLERIDNAME})
exten => 2,n,Queue(QUEUENAME)
