You can usually unlock the phone and then erase the config using the setting sbutton. Push the setting button, nafigate to the bottom of the list, select unlock. Use the keypad to enter the password which is cisco. Undwer network configuraiton there is an erase configuraiton option. Hope this helps. Joe
