Luki,

Assuming that this device is seen as a drive by the OS, you wouldn't 
need to worry about your RAM disk fitting into the 4 GB memory 
limitation of 32-bit architectures.

Currently the card itself has a 4 GB limit, but that number should grow 
over time.
