[Asterisk-Users] call center running Asterisk - sound quality - critical!

Dov,
Do you have any quality of service capability on your data network for
prioritising voice?  With that volume of calls it could be a network load
issue if your cpu seems to be fine.
What kind of interface are you using to the PSTN?
