[Asterisk-Users] meetme

I'm having issues getting meetme to work:

Apr  9 05:26:22 WARNING[23882]: pbx.c:1688 pbx_extension_helper: No 
application 'MeetMe' for extension (internal, 9999, 2)
  == Spawn extension (internal, 9999, 2) exited non-zero on 
'SIP/mileslap-569b'

the only thing I could find was this:

but I have the timer working (I think):

lsmod | grep dummy
ztdummy                 2608  -

I'm really confused as to what to do next, if someone could help me out 
that would be great:

I'm using gentoo with kernel 2.6.15.  asterisk has been compiled from 
scratch with asterisk 1.2.5(I know not the latest) and zaptel 1.2.5
