Sorry my card is X101P. 
My config is :

/etc/asterisk/zaptel.conf :

defaultzone=us
fxoks=1

and
/etc/asterisk/zapata.conf :
[trunkgroups]
[channels]

signalling=fxo_ks
faxdetect=incoming
usecallerid=yes
echocancel=yes
