Never used either card myself but Sangoma is supposed to have the by far
better echo can hardware. 128tap per channel and not per card/span/whatever.
Look in the archives. Many people claim they had echo problems they were not
able to solve with Digium hardware that simply went away the moment they
used Sangoma.
