Have a very large, MLM type sales organization that is interested in
having a very large conference bridge solution built. They currently
utilize a traditional legacy conferencing solution that can accomodate
several thousand participants. They want a SIP based platform that will
accomodate 25,000 users on a conference call/audio stream. They want
different levels of user participation, admin users would be able
vocally participate in the conference in conjunction with the moderator
who is delivering the presentation. The other 99% of participants would
only be able to listen in on the audio stream, and would not be able to
vocally participate.

They want to capture ANI (where available) of participants, so they can
cross reference a database of known users to determine participation /
compliance.

So you have a handful of participants participating with normal, two way
conference capabilities, and thousands of users who are dialing in to
listen to the content.

Has anyone had any experience with, or heard of anyone who has created,
something like this? Company wants to have thousands of reusable
virtual numbers they can assign to to participants, depending on the
number dialed would determine if the user is "listen only" or has
participation rights on the conference call.

Not sure if these folks are tire kickers, or if they are seriously ready
to implement this solution. Tough to tell, but I had heard of the
company prior to their contacting me.
