[Asterisk-Users] Asterisk does not send "Setup acknowledge" on euroISDN E1

I would recommend using the patched versions of Asterisk from 
www.junghanns.net.  Kapejod has done a lot of work on improving EuroISDN 
signalling both for his BRI cards and PRI, to the extent that I am not 
sure the basis on which Digium can claim EuroISDN compatibility!  His 
fixes work on Sangoma and Digium cards as well as his own range of PRI 
and BRI cards.
