[Asterisk-Users] T400P vs TE405P

T400P(tormenta2) is based entirely off of the public zaptel spec, Digium 
doesn't make them anymore, You can still get almost an exact copy of the 
T400P from Varion a clone card maker. 

The TE405P has several design and firmware optimizations over the T400P and 
the TE405P switches lines faster.

The T400P is T1-only whereas the TE405P can take T1s or E1s

The TE405P is 5v only, the TE410P is identical to the TE405P but it is 3v 
only.
