[Asterisk-Users] channels VHF/ HF radio in asterisk

This is an old solution for pbx's, was called autopatch.

The issue is that the pbx is full duplex, and most of this radios are half
duplex. 

That is all, so the rpt solution deals with that plus the electrical
interface to the system.
