[Asterisk-Users] Not can call to PSTN

Hello
I have installed asterisk with a card X100P. receives calls but when doing
the call to the PSTN. says that there are circuits no available... I have
given to many returns but profit not to make work it I need that they help
me with ideas by where to look for. Thanks
