[Asterisk-Users] Dial with 44 and +44 prefix

Hi
 
Currently, in extensions.conf I have:
 
exten => _0[1-9].,1,Dial(IAX2/12345 at XXXX/44${EXTEN:1})
exten => _00.,1,Dial(IAX2/12345 at XXXX/${EXTEN:2})
 
This enables numbers to dialled starting with 0 and 00 and changes them to
start with 44.  How can I configure my extensions.conf to dial a number
starting with 44 to dial without changes?  Also a number sent from Outlook
starting with +44?
