[Asterisk-Users] Attended Call Transfer

Hi,
 
We're trying to setup attended call transfer, but we have not been able
to find the required configuration.
 
Blind transfer works fine using the # key, but we don't like the fact
that the transferring extension does not have any info on what happened
to the call.
 
Any pointers to setting up proper attended transfer?
