I would suspect that he is just pointing out that Joomla forked from Mambo
and "it
appears to be better than Mambo in many respects".  Possibly to draw a
parallel between asterisk and openpbx in the minds of some.  Maybe I am
wrong but why else would Seshu ask this here?
