[Asterisk-Users] MeetMe with the V (video) option

I am trying to allow my conference participants to see who they are
talking to.
 
My dialplan calls: Meetme(${ARG1} | vMd)
 
I get audio and no video.
 
I thought the v option might do the trick?  Am I way off?  Any tips?
