This is strange, as I get neither the compiler warnings nor the errors
above, using the same source. Only difference obvious to me right now is
that my machine runs a 2.4 kernel, and yours' is a 2.6 kernel...
But that should not cause what is happening to you, as the values referred
to are part of the BRIstiff source AFAIK...

/me is stumped...

I'll let you know when/if I think of more things to try, but for now,
maybe others on the list have some ideas?...
