Here are some more thoughts on this one:
1. Make use of the ${BLINDTRANSFER} varialbe to detect that it realy
is a blindxfer.
2. If it is a blindxfer, use the ${BLINDTRANSFER} varialbe for
fallback, if that fails then go to the queue.
