[Asterisk-Users] CallerID

Thanks for your help...

Sorry I did not explain in details, here is my setup.

DID Provider <---> Asterisk <---> Nextone (Routing) <---> Proxy Server

1) DID provider is used for Incoming and outgoing termination.
2) Nextone does the least cost routing and billing.
3) All customers are logged in on Proxy server.

Asterisk is just a bridge between Nextone and DID Provider, no
customers logs to Asterisk.

My "sip.conf" has two entries one to register to DID provider and
second to register with Nextone.

Extension.conf
_8664846584NXXNXXXXXX,1,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN:10}@todidprovider.com:
5060) ;this entry is for sending the call to DID provider
_343434NXXNXXXXXX,1,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN:6}@tonextone.com:5060) ;sending
call to nextone from DID provider

When a registered user at Proxy Server makes an outbound call, its
forwarded to Nextone... And Nextone will pass to DID provider via
Asterisk. Same goes receiving the call from DID provider... It goes
via Asterisk to Nextone and to Proxy Server.

Now the CallerID is missing when the DID provider receives the call.
On the "sip debug" it shows, it is coming from Nextone with CallerID,
but once it passed to DID provider for termination CallerID is
disappeared.

Any suggestions? Or its just my setup is a messed up one...

Thanks,
Neal
