try Ipkall.com <http://Ipkall.com> or ipkall.net <http://ipkall.net> they
have DID for WA for free and also take a look at
sellvoip.net<http://sellvoip.net>or
sellvoip.com <http://sellvoip.com>. Let me know if you need any further
