[Asterisk-Users] stop asterisk when Idle

>From an asterisk cli:

asterisk1*CLI> help restart
       restart gracefully  Restart Asterisk gracefully
              restart now  Restart Asterisk immediately
  restart when convenient  Restart Asterisk at empty call volume

That means, if you schedule the command:

asterisk -rx 'restart when convenient'

Asterisk will wait until all channels are idle, and restart.
