[Asterisk-Users] Directory Command - Odd Hangup When Pressing "*"

When dialing in after hours callers get to use the directory. I know
that if you put "h" or "H" with a Dial() command you get the behavior of
being able to terminate a call by pressing *. However, nowhere in the
entire extensions.conf does there appear the "h" or "H" option, so I
know it is not that.

When someone goes into the directory and dials a name, they are told to
hit 1 if the name is correct, and to hit * if the name is incorrect.
Immediately upon hitting * the call is terminated as so:

...
    -- Playing 'letters/o' (language 'en')
    -- Playing 'letters/v' (language 'en')
    -- Playing 'letters/s' (language 'en')
    -- Playing 'letters/k' (language 'en')
    -- Playing 'letters/y' (language 'en')
    -- Playing 'dir-instr' (language 'en')
Nov 15 19:50:15 WARNING[23820]: file.c:550 ast_readaudio_callback:
Failed to write frame
    -- Playing 'dir-nomore' (language 'en')
  == Spawn extension (closed, 411, 1) exited non-zero on 'Zap/3-1'
    -- Hungup 'Zap/3-1'
alpha*CLI>

What is causing the hangup? Allison should go on to the next matching
name, or tell you no one else matches, no? Not terminate like this...
