[Asterisk-Users] Asterisk + Voicetronix Card

HI,

I'm using asterisk + voicetronix openswitch12 (using fxo). I just 
noticed when I call a pstn number (mobile number), asterisk will 
answer the call first before it actually dials the destination 
number.  Is this normal?
