[Asterisk-Users] Privacy Manager Application

Hello,
 
I am trying to utilize the PrivacyManager application to request entry of a
CallerID value before allowing a caller to enter an IVR menu.
 
The documentation at :
http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/index.php?page=Asterisk+cmd+PrivacyManager was
very limited.
 
Also from what I can see, PrivacyManager will not stop calls that are
labeled "anonymous" by my service provider.
 
Does anyone have any sample code and perhaps a solution to the second part
of my question?
