[Asterisk-Users] PRI E1 Problem only chan 17-31

Another problem could be that there is a B-channel mismatch.
e.g. Asterisk uses channel 26 and Nortel uses channel 25. This
can be modified on at least QSIG trunks. But on EuroISDN there
should not be a problem.
