[Asterisk-Users] HELP Cisco - can't find P0S3-07-4-00.sbn

sbn is a signed bin file

P0S-xx-x-xx.sbn would be the format for the SIP image after version 5
P0S-xx-x-xx.bin would be the format for the SIP image before version 5
