That's what I was starting to think.. Since I've always used ulaw or alaw...

Seems that firmware 1.0.5.23 has ilbc broken.

it works for me with that firmware but you must set the ilbc framerate to
30.
(worked with framerate=20 until the 1.0.5.23 release)
