PEOPLE, PEOPLE, PEOPLE!  A 100% increase from $8 would be $16.  A 50% 
increase from $8 would be $12.  A 25% increase would be $10.  So, don't 
you think an increase from $7.95 to $11 would be somewhat less than 50%? 
  Like 38%, plus or minus :-)
