Aram,

	Please don't crosspost, and -dev is not for this stuff anyways... 
Usually you can tweak the SIP timeouts on the device.  On a Sipura it is 
the SIP T1, T2, and T4 parameters.  I am not sure how to do it with what 
you are using, but I have never had to tweak anything on * to resolve 
these kinds of problems.

P.S - Wow, 300ms is low latency?  That is twice what the ITU suggests 
for good, natural speech!
