For a easier comprehension, nowadays, H323 is like english. SIP is like spanish and IAX is esperanto. You can IAX. It's wonderful, modern, lot of advantages, pass through any firewall, blah...blah..blah... but you can find only some strange guys using that. :-) Isamar
