[Asterisk-Users] Question on routing table...

Now,
If a user is in a local calling group only... how can I give them a
friendly message (ie a gsm file) stating something that I record)
rather then just a fast busy signal.. if they try to call long
distnace (or anything for that matter outside of their calling plan?
