Slight correction to the above...

Polycom will only sell their products through resellers, and they expect
the reseller to provide the necessary firmware and files. Polycom does
not provide end users with any form of access to their corporate systems
for downloading files; only to their authorized resellers.

There are several different businesses/people reselling polycom products
as uunauthorized resellers, and typically those people do not include
the firmware or needed files.

Their products seem to be very solid; their support structure through
resellers could use a little improvement.
