Yes. I get busy tone when I dial the ext conected to the X100P.

I'm a litle bit confused, the CO on the Panasonic are FXO (because the
PSTN is connected there) and the internal extensions are FXS (I`ve
phones FXO connected to the extensions), it is right?

If the X100P is FXO, then I can connect to the internal extensions (like
a phone)?
