Be on a call
  * Push a LINE button that isn't in use (this puts the call on hold)
  * Dial the extension you wish to transfer to
  * Speak
  * Push TRNF

Make sure you have the latest firmware as well, as it gives some
informational messages that are helpful when transferring calls.
