[Asterisk-Users] chan_capi-cm-0.5.2 fixup release

Hi all,

on sourceforge.net I added the fixup release 0.5.2 of
chan_capi-cm driver.

The changes from 0.5.1 to 0.5.2 are:
- correct reset of channel pointer on hangup
  (this should fix the seg-fault sometimes occured)
- added preliminary support for Busy()/Congestion()
