Well first off, it's likely not the norstar 0x32 -- that is a 32-station 
module.  You've likely got a MICS (my guess, I have one too).

Obviously something has.  :-)  What's the MICS say as far as its DTI 
configuration?  What's its event log say?

Sounds like someone changed the pri signaling.
