Bob,

Definitely not where you went. You got $0.31 because you set your  
calculator to round to 2 decimal places, therefore, what you actually  
did was:

930 * 0.02 / 60 = $0.31

Whereas, in our industry, we need to compute rates with far more  
decimal places than just 2.
