I have 1 site setup just like this, instead of removing the Norstar PBX
in one fast move, I added Asterisk between the telco and the PBX.  For
the first little while all asterisk did was bridge the calls.  Then I
slowly moved / routed this away from the PBX to SIP.  Best approch by far.
