[Asterisk-Users] /bin/sh: build_tools/make_version_h: not found

hi kevin,
i tried removing the enitre asterisk directory and upadatesd my cvs folder.
and try to run make.. i'm getting
make_version_h : cannot execute error
and when i tried chmod o=rwx build_tools/make_version_h and  run make
again.. this will be the error
make_version_h : not found
what am i doing wrong?
