Ok but then I have the E1 problem, I don't have so many anlog lines and 
using the Asterisk ZAP analog lines is also not perfect (see the posts on

You are right that it's possible to use the internal PCI modems. (with the 
most of them we had also problems, after using the external modems we 
don't have any problems anymore)
