dialplan.xml in TFTP-directory and it works!

The timeout is set in the dialplan.xml file with the Timeout tag. Like 
this:

<DIALTEMPLATE>
   <TEMPLATE MATCH="\*1.." Timeout="0" User="Phone"/>
   <TEMPLATE MATCH="*" Timeout="5" User="Phone"/>
   <!-- Anything else -->
</DIALTEMPLATE>
