We have successfully used all of the following with Ault PW-130 PoE 
units (we actually use the non-IEEE versions because they are less 
expensive but they are functional similar and these phones ought to work 
fine with the IEEE version):

Sayson (Aastra) 480i
SNOM 360
Grandstream GXP-2000

The new Sayson (Aastra) 9133i is also claimed to use PoE but haven't 
tested it yet (with PoE -- ours is running off the 48v power brick they 
provide with the phone).
