Thank You for your comments.
The problem is not only ports registration, but many others issues.

For instance, with last version 103, the hunting feature does not work 
(a least for us). If we enable all 4 ports, with an outbound call, the 
first call seize the port 2, the second call got busy. If we disable the 
port 2, the first call got busy.
Let me say that we worked with 101, 102 and several 103 versions. As 
well with h323 118, 118a. then I guess that we know something about 
welltech.

However any advise is welcomed.
BTW, from some days I'm looking for the chan_sip.c patch without success.
