I think you can make SATA work on RH9, it just takes a little bit of
manipulation.

I haven't gotten around to doing it yet on my $246 Dell SC420 but I'm sure
it can be done.

I have * working on FC2 with SATA drives.

I would wait to go FC3 untill it matures a bit.
