Write a script in your favorite scripting language to generate a .call
file which calls the user.  Add it to voicemail.conf.

I was wondering if Asterisk has a built in utility to have the voicemail
system dial a specific number when a voicemail is left and allow the
user to input their password to enter the voicemail system.  Anyone
know?
