CVS Head 02/02/2005 from the CLI command line, the command "Agent logoff Agent/agentnum soft" does log the agent out, but does not generate any manager events. The AgentLogoff and AgentCallbacklogin apps do generate such events. Should the command line "agent logoff" also generate a manager event ? Julian.
