Any particular reason why?  I am using the following jitter buffer settings 
with Jan 2005 CVS HEAD without any issues, and it seems to work reasonably 
well:

jitterbuffer=yes
dropcount=2
maxjitterbuffer=500
maxexcessbuffer=100
minexcessbuffer=50
jittershrinkrate=1
