Fedora Core 3 utilizes the 2.6.x kernel, thus the requirement of USB
is not needed for ztdummy (as the timing is done via the kernel).

If you don't see any USB device drivers it probably because its
disabled in your BIOS. I'd check there.

The usb-uhci (usb-ohci will not work) is only required for 2.4.x
kernels. I believe it also needs to be 2.4.9 or later (but who's still
using kernels that old, honestly :))
